DOU[X]EUR is a project of the collective Tête de l'art which aims to raise public awareness about mental health, adopting the motto: "To talk about the crash, with sweetness."Through short dynamic videos of less than three minutes, the collective deals delicately with topics such as depression, suicidal ideas and dissociation. Using visual metaphors, a soothing pastel colour palette and soft analogies, the project offers an immersive and accessible experience. The goal of the collective is to broaden the conversation about mental health by stimulating reflection and empathy. This awareness project aims to contribute to a better understanding of the mental health challenges facing Quebec youth.
