For 2026, Musique pas d'air moved the EMIQ to La Charpente des fauves. The season of 10 concerts unfolds at the rhythm of one concert per month (every second Thursday of the month) from January to December, excluding two months of summer. The season also includes 5 workshops open to all and guided by Léo Azzaria, Rémy Bélanger de Beauport or their guests. THE 10 CONCERTS The 10 monthly concerts at La Charpente des Fauves will follow three models: 4 x the formula "Grand ensemble": the EMIQ is assembled on stage and directed by one of its members. This is the specialty of the EMIQ, highlighting the creative magma of a wide instrumental ensemble. 3 x the formula "Aleas of lightning": members of the EMIQ wishing to participate in the concert put their name in a hat and are drawn at random to form trios, duos, quartets, etc. Much appreciated by musicians and the public, this formula proved its worth at the CJC during concerts in 2024 and 2025. 3 x extraordinary collaborations (to be determined): EMIQ receives an exceptional artist or collaborates with a specific organization for the time of a concert. For its 2025 season, the EMIQ received the great improvisational tubist Carl Ludwig Hübsch (a collaboration SuperMusique, Musique pas d'air, Goethe Institut and Le Vivier), a launch-concert of the book "A Year of Deep Listening", inspired by the approach of the mythical improvisation and American composer Pauline Oliveros (in collaboration with the Center for Deep Listening) and finally musicians from the ensemble Les Violons du Roy highlighting the links that exist between improvisation in the Baroque era and that of today.
