We all have the voice and the pulsation. From voice to song and from pulsation to rhythm, there are sometimes several obstacles. Whether it is a lack of trust, punishment or judgment, the obstacle is often within ourselves.Music can be understood as an innate form of communication that goes far beyond the question of talent. It acts as a tool for creating spaces of communion, pleasure, ritual, expression and trance.The workshop of solar songs offers a laboratory of exploration of music as a space of play, encounter, expression and sharing. Various proposals will be tried out to allow each individual to come into contact with his or her own instrument and with that of the group by voice. Participants will be invited to discover their singing and vibrating bodies, and to improvise collectively.The aim is to create a safe environment to explore what can hinder full vocal expression. No prerequisites are required to take part in the workshop.The activity will be co-hosted by Annabelle Fauve and Francis Lovett. Annabelle will open the session with a work of vocal warming, body movement and collective improvisation. Then Francis will introduce the shape of the ZEGG Forum to deepen the voice theme.The ZEGG Forum is an intimate group process that invites one person to reveal themselves to others. In an attentive circle, it can place itself in the centre to explore and express its experience. The facilitator accompanies this moment by suggesting avenues of exploration, always respecting what is authentic, living and true.
