About
The aesthetics of hardness is a metaphorical laboratory that explores the impact of different forces (physical, social, environmental, anthropological, cosmological...) on our bodies, patterns of thought and behaviour. Both training routine and live transformation ritual, the 2 dancers submit their bodies to exercise hypertrophy through a stage world of fragmented stones building a real Rock Gym. The possibility of transforming their bodies and ideals in a context of convergence of the concepts of forces is then studied.
