Annabelle Fauve starts from the principle that we all have a voice and a pulsation. Yet, between voice and singing, between pulsation and rhythm, there are sometimes many obstacles: lack of trust, punishment, judgments... so many barriers often internal to the person who lives them. For her, music is an innate form of communication, far beyond the notion of talent. She sees it as a space of communion, pleasure, rite, expression and trance. Together with the solar singing workshop, she offers a laboratory where music is approached as a game, a meeting, a form of expression and sharing. Different proposals lead participants to discover their own instrument — the voice — while exploring collective play through singing and percussion. The experience thus allows you to meet your singing and vibrant body, and to improvise in a group.In this afternoon formula, the workshop aims to create a haven, a safe space, to explore what can block a person's voice or musical expression. Participants playing an instrument are invited to bring it. No prerequisites are required to participate in the experiment.
