A welcoming space for meetings and shared work, the hall is a lively gathering place where artists, audiences and communities cross paths. Equipped with a kitchen and service counter, it can host talks, launches, workshops, meetings and spontaneous evenings. Its flexible layout accommodates a variety of formats in a friendly, open atmosphere.

An adaptable 1,800-square-foot black-box venue, Simon-Drouin Hall offers as many configurations as there are projects. It hosts shows, performances, rehearsals, installations, screenings, talks and community gatherings. Its rigging grid and sound, lighting and video equipment allow the space to be transformed to meet the artistic and technical needs of each project.

A 950-square-foot exhibition space, Galerie fauve is a versatile white-box venue for visual arts and multidisciplinary practices. Its neutral walls, numerous hanging points, track lighting and adjustable window covers create a flexible setting for exhibitions, installations, screenings, performances, rehearsals and artistic or community gatherings.

Room 206 is a multifunctional rehearsal room designed to support a wide range of practices. Rehearsals, labs, workshops, meetings, training sessions and community activities can all take place here, in a layout suited to each group’s needs. A simple, flexible space for collective work and exploration.

Developed by Interférences, arts et technologies and La Charpente des fauves, La Fab is a space for creation, experimentation and knowledge sharing, dedicated to digital fabrication in the arts. Its micro-recycling workshop transforms plastic waste into new raw materials through shredding, melting and extrusion. It also offers 3D printing, laser cutting, electronics fabrication, digital design, screen printing and sewing. With its adaptable layout, darkroom and light table, La Fab welcomes a wide range of artistic, craft and technological practices. Rooted in ecodesign, circular-economy principles and shared resources, it supports research, learning and encounters between disciplines, technologies and communities.

Le Caracal is a studio for recording and sound creation. It is particularly suited to voice projects, podcasts, music, small instrumental ensembles, and artistic or community initiatives. Its controlled environment and specialized equipment support quality recording and audio production, with guidance adapted to the nature of each project.

The editing studio is a post-production space for film and audiovisual projects. Its working environment and equipment support the editing of short and feature films, documentaries, video works and other digital creations in a setting designed for concentration.

The workshop is a construction space for making artworks, sets, structures and scenographic elements. Its tools support different stages of production, from prototyping to realization. It offers artists and teams a practical environment in which to experiment, build and give shape to their ideas.

Made up of seven high-definition screens integrated into the building’s main façade, La Façade fauve is a digital presentation space facing the city and opening directly onto rue Christophe-Colomb Est. A dedicated computer and graphics cards coordinate the screens, allowing video works, animations and other digital content to be presented. Extending La Charpente into public space, it brings artistic creation into dialogue with urban life and invites passersby to discover what is taking shape inside.
