Here are the artists in residence: A VERY SPICY GIRL (Provisional title) ► Poetry/fragments/performance In writing her first collection of poetry, Carolann Rancourt is interested in the revelations brought about by impulsiveness and emotional urgency experienced in the moments at hand. We want to blur the disciplines and make this hybrid project born, whose title is borrowed from the poetry collection "Margie Gillis, la danse des marches" by the poet Anne-Marie Alonzo.

Biographies
Carolann Rancourt Carolann Rancourt is a multidisciplinary artist and emerging poet from Quebec City. His introspective approach is inspired by poetic confessions as well as ritual movements. Between impouvoirment and vulnerability, urgency and renunciation, the artist unfolds an evocative, lively and incarnate poetry that extends our hand as it drags us through the hair. Alix Paré-Vallerand Alix Paré-Vallerand is a poet and literary artist. As she wanders, Alix is interested in the memory of the places and the footprint they leave on her. In the winter of 2026, she devoted herself to videopoesy in residence at Rhizome. His work is increasingly oriented towards hybridity, merging literary arts, noise and performance. Maya Guy Maya Guy is an interdisciplinary artist who graduated from the École de Danse de Québec in 2021. Her practice mix dance, performance, lighting and Excel paintings. Fascinated by detail, it superimposes children's games and daily movements with expressionist cinema inspirations, to create intimate and committed works.
